Your device must be equipped with video and audio capabilities and an internet connection.If you use a computer, there is no software to download. If you use a tablet or smartphone, you will need to download the (free) telehealth app. After you schedule your appointment, you will receive an e-mail invitation with instructions on how to log on to your HIPAA compliant client portal. This is where you will complete paperwork, message with your counselor, join sessions, schedule appointments, and make payments. Please be sure to complete all of your contact information. While completing paperwork, you will be prompted to enter your payment information to be saved for session payments. If you do not show up for a session, or you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, the card on file will be charged. There are no refunds. See below for more information.
