Once you give me your full name and e-mail address, I will e-mail an invitation for you to create an account password for my practice. This link will expire, so be sure to follow through with creating your account password. (It’s a simple process and should take less than 1 minute.)
After you create your account, you will receive an e-mail with a link to login and instructions on how to join a session via your client portal. You can use your pc, mac, tablet, or phone:
I will share intake paperwork with you via encrypted email. Be sure to complete this paperwork before your first session in order to make the best use of our time together. You will also be able to upload any paperwork you would like to share with me and make payments via your client portal. Be sure not to share your login with anyone!
When it’s time for your session, use the link from your appointment reminder e-mail or click the link below to login:
